2015 Prince Michael International Road Safety Awards

On 8th December 2015 HRH Prince Michael of Kent celebrated his International Awards Scheme with a prestigious annual ceremony at The Savoy, London.

Over three hundred guests attended, including many former winners as well as those who were to receive awards.

These awards recognise achievements and innovations which will improve road safety and each year the most outstanding examples of international road safety initiatives are given public recognition through the scheme.

In his speech The Prince highlighted the importance of partnership and stressed that successful interventon can be more readily achieved by bringing together organisations and agencies. He continued that by working together across disciplines, far more can be achieved than by working autonomously.
