ARRB Webinar: A national blameless culture in road incident investigations

13 March 2020

Story from the ARRB.

In this webinar, the Australian Road Research Board's Paul Hillier and Tia Gaffney will examine the benefits and implications of establishing a national ‘blameless’ culture (as applied in other transport modes) in road incident investigations in Australia.

The discussion will touch on how such an approach will support continual improvement in strategies, policies, and practices across the safe system pillars to support our journey to Vision Zero / zero fatalities and serious injuries.

It will be stressed that ‘blameless’ does not equal no responsibility!
