The company has launched ‘Cash Allowance Duty of Care’ to combat the raft of problems faced by companies in policing and managing staff who drive their own cars on business.
Although the ‘free’ service is directly linked to All in One Leasing’s company car opt out purchase scheme, it is also available as a stand-alone risk management solution to the myriad of problems faced by business in policing the so-called ‘grey’ fleet – employees who drive their own cars on business – and can also be linked to the organisation’s company car and employee affinity scheme offerings.
Once an employee has signed up to their employer’s cash allowance scheme, the programme creates a personalised record. For those drivers who fail to provide all details, reminders are regularly sent to them and their designated managers along with advance notice of other expiry dates. Employees who fail to keep their records up to date could have their cash allowance withdrawn.
