National Conference: session will focus on behavioural change techniques

28 September 2017

The two-day annual conference, Road Safety GB’s flagship event, is being held in Manchester on 14th-15th November. More than 260 people have already registered to attend, and final numbers look set to once again exceed 300.

The BCTs session takes place on day two, and will open with three presentations looking at how BCTs can be deployed in road safety interventions. This will be followed by two practical examples showcasing their use in an intervention aimed at young drivers, and another for KS1 pedestrians.

Two of the experts are Deirdre O’Reilly and Dan Campsell, both judges of the Prince Michael International Road Safety Awards.
