Congratulations to Neil Cunliffe, Lancashire’s road safety group manager, who has been awarded an OBE after 37 years working for Lancashire County Council. Neil who is well known for his work within the professional community has been an active supporter of RoadSafe, he was also awarded a Special Prince Michael International Road Safety award in 2009.
