North Review report delayed until after The General Election

7 April 2010

A short statement from Sir Peter North CBE QC who is leading an independent review of the law on drink and drug driving confirms that he has given his initial findings to The Secretary of State but that a full report covering the considerable weight of evidence received and reviewed is likely to be submitted to the Secretary of State for Transport after the election.
