28 April 2010 is the 8th annual World Day for Safety and Health at work

16 April 2010

The theme this year is emerging risks and patterns of prevention in a changing world of work, looking at current global challenges and the new context of occupational safety and health practice. At Interactive Driving Systems we are actively supporting this important day.

Ed Dubens, CEO at Interactive Driving Systems said: ‘We believe that it is vital that work-related road safety should be managed as a key health and safety issue and that the World Day for Safety and Health at work is an excellent opportunity to kick start and promote driver safety initiatives’.

To support World Day for Safety and Health at work, Interactive Driving Systems is encouraging all organisations to use the day as an opportunity to take stock of, review and benchmark their road safety performance, by completing the freely available 10 Question Fleet Safety Gap Analysis that can be found here.

More details about World Day for Safety and Health at work can be found on the EU-OSHA website.
