Road Safety Knowledge Centre

The Road Safety Knowledge Centre (Knowledge Centre) has been developed by Road Safety GB with funding provided by the Department for Transport. It was launched in 2010 as the successor to the Road Safety Time Bank.

The Knowledge Centre is a web-based library of road safety related information and expertise, primarily from UK-based road safety organisations.

Information within the Knowledge Centre is available free of charge to anyone with a professional interest in road safety, who registers to become a subscriber.

Information is categorised by road safety topic/road user (speed, young drivers etc) and by a range of other subjects including research & reports, engineering, enforcement etc.

Information is presented in summary format with downloads and contact details for people wanting more detail.

In addition to national resources the knowledge centre also provides immediate access to the best available knowledge from across the world  provided by gTKP.
