Project 'DaCoTA' to support and improve road safety

4 February 2011

Project DaCoTA (Road Safety Data Collection, Transfer and Analysis) has been commissioned by the European Commission and a consortium of road safety scientific institutes to gather information to support knowledge-based policy-making in road safety.

DaCoTA is also looking at what road safety stakeholders in Europe require, with the aim of making useful information available on the European Road Safety Observatory (ERSO) website.

To find out what the road safety community wants, the European Commission is conducting a survey, which closes on 28 February 2011. The more responses it gets the better the service will be!
