National Road Safety Conference 25th - 26th November 2014

Road Safety GB has launched the 2014 National Road Safety Conference which will be held at the Grand Hotel in Brighton on the 25th-26th November 2014.
 
Speaking about the conference content, Su Ormes, who is chairing the conference committee, said, “In general, we are keen to ensure that the conference content is based on innovative practical experience and provides ideas and inspiration that attendees can take away and deploy in their day-to-day work. We are also looking to develop a ‘fringe programme’ to run in tandem with the main conference. The proposed themes and content likely to feature in the main conference programme include: working in partnership; social media and the use of technology to deliver road safety messages; improving the safety of cyclists; and other ‘topical topics’.
