10 July 2015

The course has been designed specifically to meet the needs of the industry to allow maximum career opportunities. Participants in this course are normally employed in both the public and private road sectors in the UK or overseas, including road safety managers, planners, engineers and consultants.

The course provides training that promotes the significance of the Decade of Action and the place of road safety engineering alongside other pillars of action.

Since the road safety professional is chosen to fill a position with responsibility for decisions related to technical, financial and social aspects of road safety together with the overall management and administration of road safety projects or procedures, the course is directed to satisfying these needs.
