The UK Government’s new Road Safety Strategy proposes piloting a National Work-Related Road Safety Charter for organisations whose employees drive or ride as part of their work. Covering HGVs, LGVs, company cars, grey fleet vehicles, motorcycles, e-cycles and cycles, the Charter aims to reduce work-related road risk while improving safety for all road users.
This PACTS event will explore the proposed contents of the Charter and will seek the feedback of delegates in order to provide different views on what the Charters needs to contain in order to deliver meaningful change across industries.
