AA says pay-per-mile insurance can cut road accidents

The AA Motoring Trust, www.aatrust.com, says it thinks pay-per-mile insurance along the lines of Norwich Union’s new scheme will help cut accidents as it charges users more during ‘peak’ accident times.   So far such schemes seem to be restricted to cars, but may prove attractive for commercial vehicle users
