International Conference: Protection of Children in Cars.

In this difficult time of pandemic impact, it is especially important to maintain the exchange of experience between experts in child safety worldwide on trends in legislation, results of recent research, product development and testing.

This is why TÜV SÜD Akademie is organizing the conference this year as an online conference, as a global forum for safety engineers, accident researchers, biomechanics experts, pediatricians, behavioral scientists, representatives of rulemaking, consumer organizations, promoters of safety campaigns and specialists in vehicle and CRS rating procedures, as well as for students working in the field of child safety.

There will be a combination of elements of on-demand content with live sessions. The plan is to make the presentations available in advance both as on-demand videos and the full paper for download.

There will also be an offer of live discussion forums on the six main conference topics during the three afternoon conference days (Central European Time), with summaries given by the main authors and with plenty of time for live exchange between speakers, chairpersons and participants.
