Consultation on Road Traffic Offences

27 February 2007

As most of you will be aware, the CPS launched a consultation on road traffic offences at the end of 2006, seeking views on how offences are prosecuted and the services it offers to victims and witnesses. Prosecuting Bad Driving: A consultation on Prosecution Policy and Practice closes on the 16th March. As road safety stakeholders we would encourage you to comment on this consultation. The document and how to respond can be found on the CPS website at http://www.cps.gov.uk/news/consultations/pbd_index.html
