World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims

10 November 2008

Many in Britain will commit to Road Safety Week (10 Nov) which coincides with the World Day of Remembrance 16 Nov. Events to mark the Day will take place in many countries.

A new website www.worlddayofremembrance.org has been established to link the many people and organisations who will be remembering the many millions killed and injured in road crashes throughout the world. The site is designed to be a resource for individuals and organisations wishing to join in observing this Remembrance Day - a kind of archive of materials from past events, more information is yet to be added.
