First confirmed speaker for the National Road Safety Conference 2014

13 May 2014

Edmund King, president of the AA, is the first confirmed speaker for the 2014 National Road Safety Conference later this year.

The 2014 National Road Safety Conference is being hosted by Road Safety GB South East region at The Grand in Brighton, 25th-26th November. The event is co-sponsored by Colas and AA DriveTech.

Edmund King will present the session focusing on cycling and cyclists’ safety, and will update delegates with regard to the AA’s ‘Think bikes’ awareness campaign through which one million free stickers are being distributed to drivers as a reminder to do a ‘double-take’ in their mirrors for cycles and motorcycles in their blind spots.
