Seminar: Innovative thinking in reducing road trauma

27 January 2016

The Monash University Accident Research Centre (MUARC) and the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) invite you to hear from leading international scholars and local experts to discuss current and future road safety challenges as Victoria heads Towards Zero.

The goal of the Seminar is to create momentum for action and to find ways to solve seemingly intractable road safety problems.

The Seminar will feature presentations focused on Sweden's Vision Zero and the global shift toward sustainable transport systems, vehicle safety, infrastructure, driver behaviour and the impact of serious injury crashes.

Panel sessions will challenge participants and the audience to think not only of today's issues and solutions but also ways to reduce the incidence and impact of road crashes in the future.

These discussions will be informed by early findings from the MUARC-TAC Enhanced Crash Investigation Study (ECIS).
