#CommitToAct: Our Roads, Our Right

15 October 2020

Story from the Global Alliance of NGOs for Road Safety.

It's time to reignite the road safety agenda. There is a new mandate through the UN Resolution on Improving Global Road Safety, an extended SDG target to reduce road deaths and injuries by 50% by 2030, and a growing movement of citizens and governments around the world who are waking up to the need to invest in safer, cleaner, more sustainable mobility.

Phase 2 of the #CommitToAct campaign has now been launched, championing the rights of every individual to safe roads and safe journeys and pushing our governments to commit and implement actions to achieve the resolution targets.
