Global Road Safety Partnership – Road Policing Capacity Building Programme wins Royal Award

10 December 2019

GRSP’s Road Policing Capacity Building Programme provides technical expertise to policing agencies in low and middle-income countries. The primary focus is on building capacity of police agencies to understand the need to enforce evidence-based road safety laws, and to strengthen their ability to do apply good practice policing principles, strategies, and tactics.

Funding for some US$1.5M comes from a number of sources including the Bloomberg Philanthropies Initiative for Global Road Safety, the Botnar Child Road Safety Challenge and the UN Road Safety Trust Fund.
