London Vision Zero Action Plan

The Mayor of London’s Transport Strategy and Vision Zero action plan, published in 2018, highlighted a commitment to aim to eliminate deaths and serious injuries from London’s transport network. This also introduced the Safe Systems framework and set out a programme of activity to reduce road danger.

This progress report supplements the 2018 plan and reaffirms TfL’s commitment to Vision Zero, outlines what has been achieved across London, while also sharing the latest insight and understanding.
