PRAISE Seminar in London

Preventing Road Accidents and Injuries for the Safety of Employees(PRAISE) aims to increase road safety in the work context. The project is co-funded by the European Commission, Fundaciòn MAPFRE, the German Road Safety Council (DVR) and the Swiss Council for Accident Prevention (bfu). It aims to “praise” best practices in order to help employers secure high road safety standards for their employees.

In the framework of this campaign, ETSC is organising a series of country seminars in selected member states bringing together companies, fleet safety managers and the government and road safety experts. In co-operation with PACTS and Driving for Better Business, a Country Seminar will be held in London on 15 November 11.00-16.30.

Our hosts for the seminar will be former PRAISE Award winners and Driving for Better Business Champions BT. In addition to looking at good practice across Europe, the seminar will feature case studies from a number of Business Champions and two open sessions.

We very much hope that many DfBB members and readers of the newsletter will attend free event.
