New Average Speed Cameras for Urban Networks
The SPECS3 average speed enforcement system which can be used within urban networks, 20mph (32km/h) zones, rural routes, inter urban routes and managed motorways has been recommended for full approval by the Roads Policing Enforcement Technology (RPET) committee.
