Nominations sought for Prince Michael International Road Safety Awards

Recognising outstanding achievement and innovation since 1987 Prince Michael International Road Safety Awards have given public recognition to those who have improved road safety world-wide.

Each year the most outstanding examples of international road safety initiatives are given public recognition through the scheme.

Nominations are open to any team, government department, private or public sector organisation or business. Nominations close on 12 August.

Over the years Prince Michael has always been keen to present his awards in person and has done so in many countries across the world. He has also invited winners to a ceremony held each year in London to celebrate their success and to provide an opportunity for them to meet each other and others who play important roles in road safety.

This year due to likely travel restrictions it is unlikely that we will be able to hold a ceremony in London, however HRH still wishes to be able to personally congratulate winners so we will be arranging video conferences to showcase achievements.
