With the growing interest developing road safety plans which information other than historic data supported by Agilyisis, Road Safety GB has run a series of workshops develop other ways to help explain and demonstrate the levels of safety using Safety Performance Indicators

This helpful paper which summarises this work to support the navigation of the many challenges faced at sub-national level where limited resources are available. It looks towards the development of a framework for safety performance indicators relevant at local, regional, and national levels.
