StreetDrone announces e-NV200 Autonomous-Ready Minivan
Story from StreetDrone.
StreetDrone, a self-driving systems provider to autonomous businesses has today announced its latest addition to its open interface, autonomous-ready vehicle range.
Building on its successful deployments of the Renault Twizy (for organisations such as Wayve, HKPC, Millbrook Proving Ground and Parkopedia), StreetDrone will be offering the Nissan e-NV200 as a turnkey autonomous-ready vehicle for tech developers looking to quickly, simply and safely validate and improve their advancements.
Mike Potts, StreetDrone CEO, said “It’s been clear for a long time that our self-driving technologies are helping our customers to get started with their autonomous businesses, but that a bigger vehicle would enable a significant number of new usecases. Adding the all-electric Nissan 7 seater e-NV200 to the fleet means that we can now deploy for hardware-heavy R&D and software validation, as well as initial roll outs of robotaxi and logistics fleets. We think this vehicle can be a real game changer in Europe and potentially throughout the world. “
