Are your drivers mentally ready to control a vehicle today?

In their latest podcast, Driving for Better Business talks to James Tillyer of Transformotion who explains what cognitive tunnelling is and how it might affect your drivers, what you might be missing when it comes to your drivers and their mental fitness to drive  - and more importantly, what you can do about it.

How often do we think about our employees and whether their fitness to drive for their work is affected by what's going on in their lives away from work? Most managers will be aware of the rules on how much time someone can spend driving - but how do you know if your driver is mentally fatigued?
