Brake road safety webinars

Thanks to funding from the DfT, road safety charity Brake produced a series of free webinars for road safety professionals during 2015/16.

These have now all taken place, but are now available to view via the Brake YouTube page.

They include:

Enabling and encouraging safe and sustainable travel
This online webinar for road safety professionals looks at the steps local authorities can take to enable and encourage sustainable travel in towns and cities.

Promoting safe and sustainable travel through effective publicity campaigns
This online webinar gives road safety professionals advice on how to successfully engage communities with safe, sustainable and healthy travel through awareness raising campaigns.

Engaging local businesses with safe and sustainable travel
This online webinar gives an overview of the business case for safe and sustainable travel, and how road safety professionals can encourage local businesses to introduce active travel schemes.

Engaging young people with safe and sustainable travel
This online webinar provides road safety professionals with guidance on successfully engaging young people with road safety and sustainable and active travel.
