Founder of ingenie appointed to RoadSafe board

23 June 2015

Richard King, founder and former CEO of young driver insurance brand ingenie, has now joined the RoadSafe board. Richard's dedication to the safety of young drivers has seen him appear on Sky News, speak at road safety events in several countries and interact with young drivers on Twitter to get them talking about safe driving.

Welcoming him, RoadSafe chairman, Tony Spalding said, “We are delighted to have a trustee who is so dedicated to young driver safety and whose innovation has already made such a difference.”

Richard King commented, “For the last few years, it’s been an ambition of mine to develop my interest in road safety into a not-for-profit charitable endeavour. RoadSafe is an amazing charity, which has supported me in my campaigning for young driver safety over the years. I’m so pleased to be able to return the support in my new position on the board.”
