Tyre safety campaign to be launched in Southern Africa

20 March 2007

Transaid and corporate members Michelin Tyre plc. and Bandvulc will provide training and materials for a campaign on tyre safety in Zambia and Malawi. The focus wil be on training of key groups such as the traffic police, the national media, tyre menders and transport operators.
