Road Safety Toolkit
The Road Safety Toolkit is an excellent resource for professionals, it provides free information on the causes and prevention of road crashes that cause death and injury. Although its main focus is on infrastructure, it provides a good understanding of key elements of the safe system.
Building on decades of road safety research, the Toolkit helps engineers, planners and policy makers develop safety plans.
The Road Safety Toolkit is managed by the International Road Assessment Programme (iRAP), RoadSafe working for the Global Transport Knowledge Partnership (gTKP) and the World Bank Global Road Safety Facility. ARRB Group provided expert advice during the Toolkit's development and much of the material was sourced from work done by TRL.
The Toolkit will be constantly improved. and is available in English and Spanish
