The Road Safety Hour: Electric and Autonomous Vehicles

16 May 2023 Webinar

The Road Safety Hour asks, Electric and Autonomous Vehicles - What hazards and risks need to be managed and how do you implement the changes needed to add electric vehicles to your fleet?

Autonomous vehicles
Over the last decade, vehicles have become increasingly autonomous, performing tasks for us such as automatically operating window wipers and lights.

Technology has also developed, within vehicles to assist us with the driving task, including features such as park assist, reverse cameras, cruise control and lane assist.

The automation of vehicles is set to become more widespread, with the emergence of advanced sensing devices and new on-board processing capabilities.
What issues does this raise for organisations as the vehicles driven for work evolve? How can they manage the risk?
