You're invited to the jury.
An HGV driver employed by a national logistics company faces a charge of causing death by dangerous driving following a collision with a cyclist. The Director from the same organisation is investigated and charged under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.
Become the Jury as you follow the criminal investigation of both parties from roadside to police interview, culminating in a trial which explores the potential ramifications of the proceedings to the driver, company and Director.
This mock trial is based on a real case handled by a Lawyer.
