The Warwickshire Road Safety Partnership is partnering with the National Young Rider Forum (NYRF) to host a free Young Rider webinar for young motorcycle riders taking place on 1 October 2024.

The webinar is aimed at those aged between 16-24 years who may be thinking of, or already riding, powered two wheelers of up to 125cc.

National figures show that each year the number of collisions and casualties involving young riders increases and this webinar is an opportunity for young people to access advice and guidance on a wide range of topics to help them avoid costly mistakes, both with their finances and their safety. 

Speakers for this webinar include Jody Whitfield from the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), who will talk to riders about gaining their driving licence and taking their Compulsory Basic Training (CBT), supported by the DVSA’s Ride Free programme.
