Business Support for Road Safety Teams

 Many road safety teams and partnerships run outreach programmes to promote good driving for work practice. Some work in close partnership with Driving for Better Business. There is a great opportunity to use the case studies of Driving for Better Business champions to support this important work.

Business Champions are companies which are available to support and mentor other businesses in improving their own internal programmes  - they are there to explain the business case of how to reduce risk and improve profit. Above all they are there to support local programmes.

Driving for Better Business is already working closely with a number of partnerships including: Cambridgeshire, Essex, N Yorkshire, Kent and Medway, Calderdale and Staffordshire. The campaign will feature at the National Safer Roads Partnership Conference next month, where business champions will be on-hand to show how they can assist.
