10 September 2019

Should you wish to take part in an evaluation of The Decade of Action please log on here.

The purpose of this this evaluation is to gather information from members of the UNRSC and leading experts on the overall success and impact of the Decade of Action globally, nationally and on an organizational level. Specifically, we are looking to answer the following questions through a combination of an analysis of the Global Status Report on Road Safety and other global data, review of published literature, an online survey and a series of in-depth interviews:

The  research study is under the direction of Drs. Margie Peden (George Institute for Global Health at the University of Oxford), Adnan Hyder (Milken Institute School of Public Health at the George Washington University and Chair of M&E project group) and Meleckidzedeck Khayesi (WHO) who have been requested by the UNRSC to carry out an evaluation of the Decade of Action for Road Safety 2011-2020. Taking part in this research is entirely voluntary. Further information regarding this study may be obtained by contacting Dr. Margie Peden (margie.peden@georgeinstitute.ox.ac.uk,+44 1865 617 211) or Dr. Adnan Hyder (hydera1@email.gwu.edu, +1 202-994-0383).
