Make road safety your business!

There will be a free Better Business Breakfast Workshop on Tuesday 23rd July 2013 at Jurys Inn, Exeter Street, Plymouth, 7.30am - 9.30am.

It is estimated that a third of all road traffic collisions involve somebody who is at work at the time. This results in some 20 fatalities and 250 serious injuries each week (Department for Transport). This is a sobering thought for any employer, but one that through shared experiences, best practice and increased awareness could be reduced.

This workshop will demonstrate how you and your business can take action to address road safety issues and protect the welfare of your employees.

Expert advice will be on hand from the Devon and Cornwall Police road traffic team. There will also be a presentation from Tracey Scarr - CSR Manager at Driving for Better Business champion Arval, Europe’s leading fleet and fuel management company.
