TyreSafe to provide safety education and awareness materials

RoadSafe partner TyreSafe will be providing a range of tyre safety education and awareness materials for use in local communities.

The week of activities, which runs from 9th – 15th June, is being organised by the UK’s fire and rescue service and will have an overarching message of ‘Be Safe Out There’.

Stuart Jackson, chairman of Tyresafe said, “TyreSafe already has a great relationship with many fire services and local road safety partnerships thanks to their participation in Tyre Safety Month, so we are delighted to extend this collaboration further and lend our support to Road Safety Week,”

During the week, national organisations such as TyreSafe will be working closely with local partners including fire and rescue services to run many targeted local education programmes, working towards the ultimate goal of zero deaths and reduced injuries on the UK’s roads.
