The concept of safety culture can be traced back to the 1986 Chernobyl disaster leading to a shift of focus that has more recently been applied to organisations running fleets moving people or goods from place to place.
It is well known that developing a safety culture requires senior management commitment and strong leadership but what else can you do to improve your safety culture for safer fleet operations ? In this online 30 minute session, Dr Lisa Dorn, Founder of PsyDrive, will consider the evidence for how to develop a safety culture.
